Tasneem Ramey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Doctoral candidate with Nova Southeastern University. Originally from Florida, she is dedicated to the assurance of mental and behavioral health services to those who need it, regardless of age, diagnosis, or socioeconomic status. Her passion for mental and behavioral healthcare is rooted not only in her professional experiences, but also from deeply personal roots. As a former foster care child herself, she understands the impact that trauma can have on individuals, as well as the positive impact that a solid support network can have to counter such challenges. She believes wholeheartedly in the critical importance of behavioral and mental health services to quality of life and that it should be the right of every individual to break through challenges and reach their full potential!
Tiffany Parker is a graduate of St. Edward’s University with a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a passionate advocate for mental and behavioral health, dedicated to breaking down barriers to care and fostering inclusive, equitable support for all individuals. With a personal connection of being a caregiver through family, she has always had a strong passion for helping others. Tiffany is striving to reshape the conversation around mental health , empowering individuals to seek help without fear and fostering a society that prioritizes well-being for all.
Together, they founded the Behavioral and Mental Health Alliance to facilitate community connections in the pursuit of accessible services for all Mississippians, including historically underserved populations. They believe wholeheartedly in the critical importance of behavioral and mental health services to quality of life and that it should be the right of every individual to break through challenges and reach their full potential!

Christa is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from Jackson, Mississippi, with a passion for supporting children and families through compassionate and evidence-based care. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS, where she also gained early practicum experience in Rhinebeck, New York, serving as a camp counselor for children with disabilities.
She began her career working in severe behavior at the New England Center for Children (NECC) in Boston, MA, where she spent two years specializing in complex behavioral needs. Christa went on to earn her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Capella University.
For over six years, she served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and later as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Sky Behavior Therapy, where she honed her skills in assessment, treatment planning, and direct service delivery. Currently, Christa continues her mission as a BCBA with USDR Behavioral Specialists, where she collaborates with families, educators, and staff to create meaningful outcomes for children.
Beyond her professional life, Christa is a devoted mother to her 4-year-old daughter, who inspires her daily. She enjoys baking, reading, singing, and going on spontaneous adventures—whether close to home or far away.
